Out of Here

Here's one I wrote a long time ago, some of you may recognise it in it's simplest form... I've tweaked it a bit recently, but the sentiment is still the same.

Out of Here

Is it so hard to believe
That someone like me could love
Someone like you?

There is no time to explain
The way I feel about you
I might be leaving on the next train
Out of here

You treat me like a toy
Some old thing to be thrown away
Every day I hear you say
I'm out of here.

Is it so hard to believe?
So hard to believe in this?
Is it so hard to believe?
So hard to believe in me?

There is no need to explain
The way you feel about me
I see it all in your eyes now
You're out of here

There is no need to speak
I don't expect an apology
I will be leaving on the next train
Out of here

Is it so hard to believe?
That love could survive all this?
Is it so hard to believe?
So hard to see?

Is it so hard to believe?
So hard to believe in love?
Is it so hard to believe?
So hard to believe in me?

There is no time to explain
The way I fel about you
I will be leaving on the next train
Out of here

I love this song Kate. I still have a micro cassette somewhere with us playing it, it wasn't finished at the time. I don't have a dictophone anymore. If I find the tape I'll send it to you. x
